Dr. Rebecca Zeff

Dr. Rebecca Zeff is a second generation Naturopath living in the Washington countryside with her family. Since she started practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor in 2019 she’s realized that our UNDERSTANDING of what is healthy in the United States is often wrong or out of context. She started Veritas Natural Health Academy to share real knowledge and natural wisdom, the kind that can keep people healthy generation after generation.

Nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, and homeopathy are the cornerstones of Dr. Rebecca’s Naturopathic practice. She has a soft spot for moms trying to care for their families ever since she became one with the birth of her son. We are not taught in this country how to take care of ourselves, let alone our growing children, naturally and effectively. When we learn how we have more confidence, better health, and advocate for ourselves & our families with strength.

Outside of her work, Dr. Rebecca loves gardening, keeps chickens & ducks, and bakes with freshly milled flour regularly. Professionally, she is a member of the Weston A Price Foundation and the Naturopathic Medicine Institute.
